Holiday Inn Asheville - Biltmore West, An Ihg Hotel, Asheville

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms, though with a balcony on an upper level and views of HVAC systems, kept fluctuating in temperature despite setting the AC to 64. The service was quite good, with a courteous manner and a great manager overseeing things. The location, while in a fairly quiet area in the mountains, was convenient for visiting the Smoky Mountains or going on a hike. The dining experience, however, was not included, and the European dishes were not available. Overall, there were some positives and some negatives to consider during my stay.

The location was convenient, close to downtown and restaurants, but I found it noisy due to being on a race track until late at night. The dining options were not included but offered delicious Mediterranean dishes. The facilities were well-maintained, with room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry available.
